Property Checklist for Professional Photography Shoot

No Cars in the driveway or in front of the property

Remove for sale sign from front yard

Tiddy up Pool area ( arrange chairs and loungers neatly, clean tools put away, no toys)

Removal all items from the counter tops (kitchen, bathrooms/etc)

Clear Kitchen sink (no dishes/sponges/scrubbies)

Remove all items on the refrigerator ( pictures/magnets etc)
-
Remove all dated materials from view ( magazines, newspapers, etc)
-
Close all toilet seats and lids
-
Hide family pictures
-
Remove all robes, clothes, and bath towels from bathrooms ( color coordinated hand towels and wash cloths are fine)

Remove all bath products from showers, tubs (soap, shampoo, loofah’s and razors, kids toys)
-
Clear bedside tables (no books, cosmetics, jewelry)
-
Hide remote controls
-
Please turn off all fans
-
Please open adjust all blinds and window dressing as nice as possible

Uncover all patio furniture including the grill
-
Remove all seasonal decorations
-
When possible arrange furniture in a way to minimize clutter and maximize space
As a rule, the photographer will not photograph closets/laundry rooms, garage or car ports unless requested. Garages and closets are great places to store the clutter and the items listed above that may need to be removed to have the property ready for the professional photography shoot. If the property is not ready to be photographed when the photographer arrives for the scheduled shoot there may be stagging fee’s applied or the shoot can be rescheduled.
